Tokyo Marriott Hotel

This was a last minute reservation in the middle of the typhoon, and they were wonderful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. We were just off the long flight so that was much appreciated.

Everything about this place is incredible. Fantastic service,rooms are clean and spacious. Even the soap and shampoo were amazing!,Beautiful park with a waterfall basically in the backyard..The staff even signed a birthday card for my wife, decorated our room and left a nice birthday snack. On top of all that the location is great! Lots of restaurants in walking distance and a free shuttle to and from the station. I will definitely go again.

Everyone was super nice and easy going. Everyone spoke very good English as well. We especially liked that people gave us space and didn't make us feel comfortable in any of the interactions we had w/ the staff: check-in, check-out, at breakfast and dealing with the Go To coupon. We also loved the spaciousness of the lounge, the room, the food and the forest!
